Village elders formally recognized as community guides, trained to lead household kirtana gatherings, and supported in elder care (Vṛddha-sevā). They are the living bridge between VGSF and the communities we serve. The Mahājana-Maṇḍalī represents the institutional practice of honoring wisdom that is embodied rather than credentialed.
