VGSF is not a district NGO. Our Five Mission Pillars span communities across India and the global Vaishnava diaspora. We begin where we are — in Nabadwip and Palasi — and grow only when invited and only when we can serve well.

Nabadwip is in Nadia district, West Bengal — the birthplace of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu (1486 CE) and the institutional headquarters of VGSF. The Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇava tradition that Śrī Caitanya began draws hundreds of thousands of pilgrims for Gaura Purnima annually. Nabadwip is not just our address — it is a civilizational anchor.

Palasi is in Bardhaman district, West Bengal — the first field community where VGSF began direct service work in January 2026 following a door-to-door community survey. A cluster of households — families, women, children, elders going about the ordinary business of life. Where our nutrition programme, Women's SHG, and community kirtana first took root.

Our Knowledge pillar — NIKHIL, a 50-year national knowledge preservation project — reaches scholars and communities across India. Our devotional and cultural work follows the Vaishnava tradition, which has no geographic boundary. We expand into new communities organically, through trust, not projection.
