Child Development
Human Development — Mānava-vikāsaWho We Serve
Pregnant women and children aged 0–2 years in Palasi and surrounding communities.
What We Do
- ‣Siśu Maṅgala — First 1,000 Days Nutrition Programme: monitors weight, height, MUAC, immunization, and developmental milestones for every enrolled child.
- ‣Nutritional classification: well-nourished, MAM (Moderate Acute Malnutrition), SAM (Severe Acute Malnutrition).
- ‣Referral pathway for SAM cases to government health services — no child falls through.
- ‣Gurukula education: standard academics alongside Sanskrit, music, and Vedic cultural learning.
- ‣Home visits by trained field officers — every enrolled family is known, not just counted.
