Who We Serve

Women in Palasi and surrounding communities — especially first-generation SHG participants and those seeking vocational skills.

What We Do

• ‣Self-Help Groups (SHGs) of 10–15 women: regular savings, collective decisions, and peer support built on trust rather than charity.
• ‣Vocational skills: tailoring, dairy, handicrafts, small retail — building economic independence.
• ‣Leadership pipeline: member → office-bearer → trainer → community leader. We train from within.
• ‣Launched January 2026 following a door-to-door community survey that identified the specific needs of each household.
• ‣All SHG records managed through Dharma ERP — every group meeting, every savings entry, every skill milestone tracked.
